In the opposite corner, Spain boast a similar record ahead of Monday′s matchup. La Roja also won three of four matches played at this tournament, including an ultimately comfortable 3:0 win against Japan in the quarter-finals on Friday evening. Again, all four matches saw at least three goals scored while Spain kept a clean sheet in just one of those matches. 

While a semi-final can often prove a tense occasion, both nations' impressive form and high-scoring outcomes suggest we may see an entertaining contest with goals at both ends.

Spain are deserved favoruites to claim a place in the final, but they are likely to be made to work hard by a Morocco side that has shown their quality, in beating Spain in the group phase.

Ultimately, I expect a competitive and high-octane occasion in the south of France. While the heat may play a part in reducing the tempo, we should still see both nations score on Monday.
